All our shipments are delivered by courier or through a local carrier. When creating an order, it is necessary to enter the place of delivery where you will be available during the day. If the place of delivery is your job, it is necessary to state the name of the company where you want to deliver the package in addition to your name. We will inform you via e-mail about each step of your order, as well as about the shipment of goods.
Delivery costs
The price for delivery includes a shipping fee. There is no shipping fee when paying through the GoPay payment gateway over a certain amount. Please read details below.
Overview of fees associated with the delivery of goods:
(a) when paying through the GoPay payment gateway
Delivery to address:
for all purchases - shipping fee of 7,05 € for delivery to the address by courier
Delivery to the carrier's collection point:
for purchases over 100 € - free shipping *
for purchases up to 100 € - shipping fee of 6.54 €
(b) for cash on delivery
The cash on delivery option is not available at the moment.
Important information:
We recommend opening the shipment immediately after receipt and checking that the goods are not damaged, even if the packaging of the goods is not damaged. If the shipment shows signs of damage upon delivery, refuse to accept it! If this unpleasant situation occurs, please inform us immediately (but no later than the next working day) about the situation via email to factcool-en@factcool.com.
The situation will be resolved as soon as possible.
In the event that the customer receives the shipment from the courier, the customer is fully responsible for any complaints. Without a complaint protocol from the carrier, it is not possible to claim damages. Such a request will not be accepted.
In case of non-collection of the goods, please keep in mind that we charge the shipping price according to the selected carrier in the order.
