1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
2 WHAT USER DATA WE CAN COLLECT
2.1 We may collect and process the following data:

6.1 By clicking the "I Agree" button at the end of the registration process on the Website or placing an order for FACTCOOL Products, you consent to us sharing your personal data with third parties, such as: (i) any member of our group, i.e. our subsidiaries, the parent company and its subsidiaries; (ii) hosting service providers; (iii) advertising partners; (iv) partners providing services enabling the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement, such as courier companies and payment operators. These entities will act as operators of user data ("Data Operators"). Data operators will be available on our Website and the user agrees to obtain, collect, distribute, register, organize, adapt or change, download, consult, reconcile, connect, transmit, use, store, block, destroy and handle the flow of this personal data between national borders.

a) When selling or buying any business or asset, we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer.
b) In the event that a third party purchases FACTCOOL or most of the FACTCOOL assets, all personal data about FACTCOOL customers will be one of the transferred assets.
c) If we are required to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal requirements or to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of FACTCOOL, our clients or other parties. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

7 DATA STORAGE
8.1 We guarantee that we will store your personal data securely. For this purpose, we have implemented physical, technical and organizational measures and plans to protect and secure data collected from users (this does not mean, however, that the user is released from the obligation to take steps to ensure the security of his data, in particular during their transmission) . The purpose of these activities is to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of users 'personal data or the accidental, unauthorized or unlawful use, transmission, processing, copying, transmission, alteration, loss or damage of users' personal data. Despite efforts to comply with applicable legal regulations, it is not possible to ensure complete security of data that is transmitted or transmitted in an unsecured manner.

You can cancel your registration completely, request a modification of your details, or opt out of receiving any marketing communication from us or selected third parties by sending an email to email@example.com.
9.2 You have the right to ask us to stop processing your data for marketing purposes. We usually inform you (by collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to share it with third parties for such use. The user may exercise the right to object to such data processing by checking the appropriate boxes in the forms with which we collect user data. In addition, the user may exercise this right at any time by sending us an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
9.3 You have the right to access your information that we store about you. The user may exercise this right in accordance with applicable law. However, if your request is clearly unfounded, excessive or frequent, we may:
(a) charge a reasonable amount based on the administrative costs of carrying out the requested activity;
